BlackJack rubber buffer/cleaner dissolves lubricants, mold release, and contaminants prior to buffing. The cleaning action of this specially-formulated solution removes contaminants and maximizes adhesion. If you do not use this cleaner prior to mechanically buffing the tire you can grind the mold releases into the buffed area.
