Privacy Policy:

We do not share your name with solicitors or sell your name.  However, if you buy a tool that requires registration, we have to forward your information to the manufacturer, such as Festool, SawStop and Fein.  

Disclaimer:

Sometimes mistakes happen.  We try to keep our website as accurate as possible.  If there is a typographical or picture error on our website, we apologize.  Please notify us as soon as possible if something is wrong and we will be happy to fix it. 

However, Big Tool Store does not warrant that product description, pictures or other content is 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.  If a product purchased does not match the website description, please see return policy for returning the unused item in new condition in original packaging.

General Conditions:

Inventory stock status is updated numerous times during the day. If an item shows to be in stock, but our inventory is depleted before your order is filled, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone.  We hope this does not happen, but we want to apologize in advance if this occurs.  If an item you ordered becomes discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible.  If there is a recommended substitute, we will notify you of the replacement.  Due to fraudulent transactions, we can only accept orders that ship to the same address as the billing information.
