Returns:

You may request a return for credit by contacting us at orders@bigtoolstore.com within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- After 14 days, returns for refund are not accepted.

· All items must be new, unopened items in original packaging. 

· Shipping charges are not refundable.                                  

· Any item returned without prior return authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

· Items not eligible for return include but are not limited to the following:                                                                         ·

       Any item missing the serial number or upc code

      Any precision tool item (such as micrometer, caliper, indicator, etc) that can be damaged with inappropriate handling.

      Any torque wrenches.
