BALL VALVE

THIS VALVE IS SOLD AS A REPLACEMENT OR AN ADD ON TO THE U-Mach Kit which comes with twelve pressure-activated ball valves allowing you to construct a Mini Mach vacuum hold down work bed. M.POWER also available in sets of six allowing you to adapt and customise your vacuum systems and build bespoke work beds and jigs.

Each valve is capable of controlling airflow to a vacuum cell and seals air-tight when not activated. This ensures that the matrix of vacuum cells maintains vacuum integrity so that only those cells activated by downward pressure from the workpiece will allow air evacuation to occur.

What does this mean in the real world? Well ever considered holding down multiple workpieces at once on a single bed. With the M.POWER vacuum clamping system we provide you with the modular components required to build clamping beds that can hold as many pieces as you have ball valves and gasket material. Imagine your cabinet shop with a jig that holds 12, 20 or even 50 components for machining at one time. No obstruction or marking, and the workpieces are released at the turn of a lever.
