The ZeroPlay Miter Bars takes sleds to the next level of precision. The miter bars are adjusted to fit your miter slots from above the sled, making the process as easy and precise as possible. The ZeroPlay expands to engage both edges of the miter slot along their entire length. This allows smooth operation with “zero play” side to side in a way no other miter bar can.

Calibrate your miter bar quickly and accurately from above the sled.
ZeroPlay Miter Bars are adjusted to fit the miter slot while it is attached to your sled, allowing you to get the best fit possible. Just set, test, adjust if needed, then begin using your sled.The two halves of the ZeroPlay expand to fit the slot, providing full contact all along both edges of the bar.

Fits any standard 3/4" x 3/8” miter slots.
Mounts and adjusts from above the sled base for fast and accurate set up every time.
Includes (2) ZeroPlay Miter Bars for larger or longer sleds and (2) ZeroPlay Miter Stops.
Glass reinforced parts will not warp or swell with environmental changes like wood runners.

Will it fit my miter slot?
ZeroPlay Miter Bars will fit any standard (3/4” x 3/8”) miter slot that measures between 0.73" and 0.79" wide and is at least 5/16" deep.

Compatible miter tracks include but not exclusive to ShopSmith, SawStop, Bosch 4100, Delta Unisaw, Powermatic, Rigid, Dewalt, and General 350 Tracks.
