The Festool 576479 TID 18 Impact Driver Basic is a powerhouse tool that offers an impressive service life thanks to its extremely robust hammer mechanism. It is the perfect combination of a powerful new generation brushless EC TEC motor and battery pack that ensures maximum performance, endurance, and exceptional run time. The Driver's compact, ergonomic design enables you to work accurately, and for longer, without becoming tired, even in hard to reach areas. The safe, kickback free hammer mechanism strikes on the tangent along the direction of rotation, so it drives the fastener rather than spinning the drill around, thus protecting your wrist from strain.
